A different category of Elvis tribute show

A pub, club, hotel or private-event Elvis tribute can be ideal for that setting. A national theatre show is a different format: seated theatres, professional production, live musicians, backing vocalists, staging, lighting and a substantial touring schedule.

A Vision of Elvis is firmly in the full theatre concert category.

Over 50 UK theatre dates booked for 2027

A Vision of Elvis has more than 50 UK theatre dates booked for 2027, covering England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, with additional dates in Ireland. More performances are added to the public schedule as individual venues announce them.

That national theatre footprint is one of the clearest ways to understand the scale of the production: repeat theatre bookings, dedicated city pages, established box offices and a touring schedule spanning the country.

Rob Kingsley – award-winning UK Elvis tribute artist

Rob Kingsley is the performer behind A Vision of Elvis. His honours include People’s Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Champion, Grand European Champion, No.1 Elvis Presley Tribute Artist and Best Overall Male Artist at the National Tribute Music Awards.

Rob stopped competing in 2008 after winning the European Championship and shifted his focus to professional theatre touring. “Rob Kingsley looks extraordinarily like Elvis. He sings like Elvis. But most importantly, he seems to capture the very soul of Elvis.”

How to compare the best Elvis tribute shows in the UK

“Best” is subjective, so for a theatre night out the useful comparison is based on evidence:

• Full theatre production or solo entertainment act?
• Full live band and backing vocalists?
• How extensive is the national theatre tour?
• Are major theatre operators such as ATG and Trafalgar booking the production?
• Does the performer have recognised awards and a substantial touring record?
• Are there independent venue, press and audience reviews?
• Does the production include theatre lighting, staging and authentic wardrobe?

For a broader international comparison, see our World’s Best Elvis Tribute Artists guide, which separates competition titles from long-term professional touring careers.
